When establishing your Provider account, there are two &#x201C;Lab Settings&#x201D; that allow you to customize your lab management account:&#xA0;&#x25CF; Hold New Lab Results: Results are automatically shared with clients. However, by changing the setting you do have the option to choose when your clients receive their results.&#xA0;&#x25CF; Hide Product Recommendations: You may choose whether or not EquiLife product recommendations are shared with your clients along with their lab results.** If recommendations are not populating for your clients even though the toggle is turned off, turn the toggle on and then back off to reset this setting.
