My client got assigned to an EHC coach for scheduling. How do I prevent that?Updated 8 hours ago

This happens when the IHP coach assignment is not completed before the lab results are uploaded. If no coach is assigned at the time results are released, the system will automatically route the client to an EHC coach for scheduling.

To prevent this, make sure your coach assignment is in place prior to results being uploaded. This ensures the client is routed correctly and that the appropriate hold settings are applied.

  • An EHC hold (Hold for EquiLife clients) is automatically applied when no IHP is assigned in time
  • A Provider hold is used for IHPs and non-EquiLife clients when the coach assignment is made in time

If the assignment is not made in time and an EHC hold is placed, you will need to request a hold release before the client can be reassigned. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
