Does EquiLife require specific insurance coverage documentation to be authorized to conduct the lab test review with your clients?

Insurance coverage documentation is required for some practitioners, determined by the level of practitioner licensure. The following practitioners do NOT need to provide insurance documentation:. - Chiropractor (DC). - Medical Doctor (MD). - Naturop

Which practitioners/providers are authorized to see their client’s lab results, but are not authorized to provide clients’ their lab test reviews?

In such instances, an EquiLife Certified Health Coach will provide the Lab Test Review, at no cost to client or practitioner. - Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP1). - Certified health coaches from any institution not listed above. - Personal Train
