How do my new clients provide authorization to share their purchase and health information?

If I am a Provider overseeing another Provider's client, how do I access the client's records?

If you are the secondary provider and only need access to the client's records, please follow the guidance below.

Can one of my clients have more than one email?

It is best for each client to have just one email. If they do use more than one email, each email must be assigned via an accepted invite with the same authorizations accepted.

What if some of my clients do not respond to my invitation?

The Provider has the ability to monitor the status of each of your client invitations. If a client does not respond, simply resend the invitation by clicking on the “Resend” button.

What if a client refuses to accept my invitation? How can I receive commissions from their purchases?

Guaranteed Commissions require the permission/authorization of the client. If the client does not provide authorization, you will still receive commission if/when the client clicks on one of your links to purchase.

Can I invite myself as a client and use the same email address I’m currently using as a Provider?

Yes, and we encourage all Providers to do so! Inviting yourself as a client allows personal orders to be automatically assigned to you for credit in the EquiLife Health Portal.

What information is included in the client profiles?
