Where should my clients schedule their calls?Updated 6 months ago

For any labs for which your client has been advised that their results are available, and that they can schedule their call, here are the steps:

  1. Login to their client portal at: https://myhealth.equi.life 
  2. Click on the Labs link in the left-hand navigation
  3. Click on the Schedule Appointment button 
  4. Select the date and time of their choice on the calendar that appears on their screen. The client must verify that the timezone selected is correct.
  5. Once their date and time is selected, a confirmation page with their name and email will appear and they will need to click the CONFIRM button.
  6. Their appointment confirmation page will appear with the details of their scheduling appointment. In addition, they will receive a confirmation email. Both the confirmation page and the email will include a link to their coaching call with you.
