Where should my clients schedule their calls?Updated 6 months ago
For any labs for which your client has been advised that their results are available, and that they can schedule their call, here are the steps:
- Login to their client portal at: https://myhealth.equi.life
- Click on the Labs link in the left-hand navigation
- Click on the Schedule Appointment button
- Select the date and time of their choice on the calendar that appears on their screen. The client must verify that the timezone selected is correct.
- Once their date and time is selected, a confirmation page with their name and email will appear and they will need to click the CONFIRM button.
- Their appointment confirmation page will appear with the details of their scheduling appointment. In addition, they will receive a confirmation email. Both the confirmation page and the email will include a link to their coaching call with you.
