How do I update my calendar settings and availability?Updated 7 months ago

Log in to your provider account at https://provider.equi.life

Click your profile icon at the top right of the screen. Click “Availability”.


Upon first logging in, the calendar will be gray signifying no availability.

To set an availability window, click and drag to create an opening (shown below in dark gray).


This opens up a settings menu where you can do the following:

  • Set specific time blocks

  • Select days of the week for a time block

  • Set a time block to be one time or recurring 

  • Add an end time to a time block or keep it open ended

  • Add other meeting blocks that are not schedulable, such as:

    • Client preparation time

    • Training / education blocks

    • Personal time



If you want to delete a block, click anywhere within the white portion and click “yes, delete it”.
