How do I join a call that is scheduled with an EquiLife Coach as the primary coach?Updated 16 days ago
To join a client call which is scheduled with an EquiLife coach, you will first need to be assigned as the client's coach. If you do not see the client's labs in your Provider.equi.life account, it means the coach-client relationship has not been established yet.
To establish the coach-client relationship, follow these steps:
- Send invite - FAQ for how to send invites
- Client must accept AND grant permissions by logging in - FAQ for how clients accept and grant permissions
Once the coach - client relationship is in place, you will be able to join the call by following these steps:
To join your client’s call, go to the Provider Portal at https://provider.equi.life/.
1 Click on the client’s profile.
2 Select their lab code to open the next screen.
3 Click the “Appointments” button.
4 Then, click “Join Call” to enter the session.
